Time Attendance Management System or Workforce Management systems is the tracking devices used to track and monitor the working time of an employee. These are purely installed in industries where it’s hard to supervise hundreds of workers under the same roof.

Systems are used by companies of all sizes to record the working hours of employees primarily in order to pay their wages. Some companies have a requirement to register the number of hours spent on specific tasks in order to cost jobs accurately. This is referred to as job costing.

A Workforce Management System enables an employer to have complete control of all employee’s working hours right at an operator’s fingertips. It is also invaluable for ensuring compliance with labor regulations regarding proof of attendance.
